Ryan's Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
4 cups oats
2 cups wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup instant dry milk
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons baking powder
5 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon cream of tarter
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.
To prepare, beat 2 eggs, add ½ cup oil and 1 cup water and beat
slightly. Add 2 cups of the dry ingredient mix. Stir together with as
few of strokes as possible. Cook on hot griddle.
