Roasted Cauliflower with Smoked Paprika

If you don't like cauliflower, you just might like this one!

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower florets
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp. parsley, minced
salt to taste

Method
1. Heat dutch oven skillet with olive oil until warm.
2. Add garlic then cauliflower and cook for 2-3 min. Sprinkle with paprika and salt and continue cooking until cauliflower is lightly browned. If you want a more smokey taste, add more paprika.
3. Remove from heat and toss with fresh parsley.
