Pretzel Salad


I like this recipe, but I have been told you have to have an acquired taste for it.  Give it a try!

Ingredients
2 cups pretzels, crushed with a rolling pin
2 tablespoons sugar
¾ cups melted butter
Mix together and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 min and cool.

Cream Cheese Filing
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

Jello

9 ounces cool whip , and put over pretzel crust
1 (6 oz) pkg raspberry jello, dissolve in 2c of boiling water
raspberries (as desired) , mix in jello

Method
1. Make crust, bake, let cool
2. Mix together cream cheese filling and place on cooled crust
3. Let Jello set in fridge until syrupy and then pour on top of filling
4. Let set up in refrigerator
