Cayenne Chicken with Lime and Avacado

I like this recipe anytime of the year.  I usually serve it with a side of rice and some fruit.  May add green or red onions to the avocado mix for a bolder taste.

Ingredients
6 chicken tenders
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
6 slices of ham
6 slices of Swiss Cheese

Avocado Topping
1-2 avocado, cubed
Juice of one Lime
Salt to taste

Dipping Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
4-5 tablespoons Mustard
4 tablespoons Honey
⅛ teaspoon garlic salt

Method
1. Mix ingredients in dipping sauce and set aside. Rub chicken tenders with cayenne, salt and pepper. Grill or pan fry.
2. When chicken has a few minutes left of cooking, add 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top each chicken tender then broil until cheese is melted.
3. Top with avocado mixture and serve with dipping sauce.
