Coconut Bars

I have to be honest, these are a bit rich for me, but they are a real crowd pleaser. I like to toast my almonds before adding them.

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix
½ c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 can sweet and condensed milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
¾ c. almonds or pecans

Method
1. Mix cake mix, butter and egg and press into a 9x13 pan
2. Pour sweet and condensed milk over crust
3. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
5. Cool and cut into squares
